Sewer Line Scope Opinion

Looking to get opinions on the condition of this sewer line. I am far from an expert so am not sure if these pictures are anything to be worried about. The first shows some cracking and the second shows some misalignment. Trying to determine if this if it needs to be replaced or not. Really appreciate any insight- thanks in advance!

I had a company do it. There are not any known issues, it is for a property that I am purchasing. I had it done for peace of mind as a part of my home inspection.

What was the opinion of the company that scoped your drain?????

Which County/Township?? See you are from the Philly area - not North Wales, I hope . Few require it for the local jurisdiction and the “scoper” would need to report back to the Township if there are issues.

“Typically” it’d be on the seller to fix but depending on the type of sale all that is negotiable.

with that being said, your scope looks typical for an “older” home.
