Hello i am looking to purchase a gas pressure washer for sewer jetting.

use a few snake augers for apartment maintenance. outside most sewer pipes are 3-4" 50-75ft

have two sewer lines a little over 100ft.

looking at these models.

Pressure-Pro $ 1,829.00 Home Depot
Eagle II 4000 PSI 4.0 GPM Gas Cold Water Belt Drive Pressure Washer with Honda GX390 Engine with AR Pump.
this one has a 3 year warranty for $245

STIHL RB 800 $1,849.99 Local farm equipment store
With 4,200 psi of water pressure and a 429 cc kholer engine, 4gpm. AR pump. they have service and can order any part,
they service our john deere stuff already.

anyone have experience with any of these or other better suggestion's. thanks

we use general jet machines one gas and 2 electric, they work very well, with those you mentioned in your post are they made for jetting,or pressure washing, do they give you a variety of jet nozzles????

Believe they are just pressure washers. they both come with a set of nozzles.

have 2 electric ryobi pressure washers 1800psi 1.2gpm.
Dyna-Flex 4kpsi jetter hoses 50ft + 100ft of 1/4 and a 50ft 1/8.
use these for smaller kitchen outside cleanout.

had a 4" sewer blockage last week and used an electric eel brand 3/4 100ft cable machine with no luck.
the plumber's general speed rooter 92 5/8 100ft no luck also. he had to come back with a general
typhoon jm-2512 jetter trailer. that's like 2500 psi/12 gpm pump. blockage cleared around 110ft.

so getting at least a 3/8" or 1/2" 150/200ft 5kpsi piranha jetter hose and a new tip.

You may want to use the jett you used last time, you may consider a vac truck with a jet ,vac truck has less pressure and more water ,the trailer jet uses less water and more pressure.i would stick with a machine
That's set up for jetting only, just like snaking there is an art to jetting let the pros take care of this one

So the plumbers drain cables were 10’ too short to reach the clog.

Yea my electric eel 100ft pulled flushable wipes. his general machine pulled nothing. we both 10ft short.

decided to get the pressure pro model EB4040HA-20
the belt drive would bring the psi down to 3500 and can adjust lower.
