Had my septic tank pumped recently and the company forgot to re-plug in the pump for it. When I re-plugged it there was some water/waste coming out of the ground from the the pvc pipe located between the tank and leach field. Could this be because of the back up (pump was unplugged for over a week)? Also could the metal rod used to find the tank possibly puncture pvc?
