Good morning, please somebody can help me if exist any mistake in this rough in bathroom

You installed two way cleanouts on their sides. That’s a big fail.

I’d cut all that out.

you can not install ty on the flat , must be y ,
you can no install 90 on the flat must be 2 - 45 .
also you do not detail what all the fixtures are . so sequence of fixtures is hard to figure out.
just so you know you can not just connect anything to anything, there is an order to this.
