I have a Tempress II shower valve (single control handle with integrated push-pull diverter.)

The diverter is bad. I removed it and it looks like one of the internal O-rings has dislodged/broken.

I have researched the valve, and it looks like a Rohl RMV-2. http://www.amazon.com/Rohl-RMV-2-Modular-Pressure-Integrated/dp/B005430H7O

I found a diverter (part # 3104-0800) for that valve. [URL="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005F25FVC?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_2&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER[/URL]

However, the new diverter looks different from the one I removed from the old valve. (Sorry, I didn't take pics of the old diverter.) The two differences are that the old one has springs around the outer and inner shafts. And the old diverter has a plastic or vinyl seat at the end of the shaft. I don't see either of these in the pics of the new diverter.

Anyone had any experience with this one?

Thanks,
