Replacing wall-mounted bathroom sink faucet

My faucet needs replacing - it's a Danze - do I have to get the same one or can I get any brand?

As I wrote in my original post, it's a Danze. It is also has 2 lever handles.

To replace the entire faucet then you must get into the wall and replace the rough valve.

Danze may still manufacture or have old stock of different trim that fits the rough valve you have in the wall. If so, and it all comes apart, you may can just replace the parts you see outside the wall.
