This probably won't get posted fast enough to help me but:
I'm replacing a stretch of my sewer line under a hill beneath my neighbor's property. It's gone well up to now. A massive root ball is blocking my line under a wall beneath my property. Is there any kind of augering tool that is wielded by hand that we can reach into the pipe under my property to pull out the root ball?
