Hello. I am planning to install a PRV for the whole house. The copper pipe after the meter is 1". I want to use 3/4" PRV, because of the availability and price. If I do this, am I creating some sort of choke point in the system?
There is no plumbing that needs 1" supply, except maybe the lawn irrigation system that used to be there, but no longer used or salvageable. Thank you.
