This the basement of my house from 1938. I have dug up the slab and revealed the main drain to replace all of the remaining cast-iron with PVC.

I am concerned with making these fixtures code-compliant (IPC and UPC locally) for future permit inspections with regards to venting. The existing vent stack is about 6' diagonally from where I'm proposing the vent line to go over a block wall.

If I'm unable to route the vent over the block wall properly, would it be acceptable to use a rated AAV wall box for each fixture?

Red: Drain. Green: Future wall. Blue: Proposed vent. Pink: AAV.

I appreciate any feedback!
