Photo - Is this a vent or sewer drain out ?

Hi,
I am trying to figure out if this is a sewer drain out or a vent. I want to attach a rv dump to it if it is a sewer drain out. Thanks for any help

Honestly, I have no idea, but the cap tells me it probably is not a vent. If it was a vent, would it be capped?

Maybe it had a purpose and is longer used. That low heel outlet 90 is not normally used in that position. So someone not really knowing what they where doing probably installed it.

stick a hose in it and see if it drains or not,,

I wouldn't use it as an RV dump. could pump that stuff in the house. And don't know if that's legal.

i would say the 2'' is supposed to be a vent for he 3''


connect onto the 3'' install a 90 up

install a 6'' of pipe and a 3'' female adapter with screw top plug ''clean out''

buy a MALE ADAPT 3'HOSE X3'MIPT fitting at an rv store

it fits the rv sewage hose and screws into a 3'' clean out
