Would 3/4 give me more flow? I have the fittings for 1/2 inlets and 3/4 out to head. If it will hurt more than help I can get another fitting for 1/2". I dont really understand flow vs. pressure.Just use 1/2” for all of it.
It’ll work.He is planning on getting a shower head with the attached shower arm. Gas water heater 40gallon. I dont know where or how to get the water pressure. Its public water. If we were to leave the 3/4 in going to the head could it have a negative impact
by "it will work" did you mean the 3/4 will work? We plan on closing up hte wall this weekend so if I need to switch it to 1/2 I'll need to get that done first. It’ll work.
Yes, 3/4” pipe will work. But you’ll most likely need to reduce it back to 1/2” for the shower arm.by "it will work" did you mean the 3/4 will work? We plan on closing up hte wall this weekend so if I need to switch it to 1/2 I'll need to get that done first.
Thanks again

does 1/2" pex supply enough water for a shower? Can I supply the mixing valve with 1/2" and use 3/4" pex for the line from the mixing valve to the shower head?
