Trying to find a replacement for this cartridge. Does anyone know the part number or brand? It’s from a restaurant hand wash sink (example picture attached)

It looks like no need to replace that stem.

Just remove that stainless screw and change the washer under it.

You can find packets of misc washers, or individual ones at a good hardware store parts counter.

Otherwise, take the stem and your pictures to a local plumbing supply house, they will fix you up.

Yup I replaced the flat washer and the o-ring inside with a little plumbers grease inside as well. It’s leaking past the outside threads somehow even Teflon tape didn’t help. Thinking it may be a problem with the fixture (hairline crack?) but thought would try a new cartridge first.

In case it may help someone else the part numbers are:
33323LF - For hot cartridge
33322LF - For cold cartridge

The faucet is a lot like CHG (Component Hardware Group), Advance Tabco, etc. The issue is that all of them are a 20 point broach. They all copied Speakman which provided one of the first service sink faucets. Your stem appears to be a 12 point broach. That was something that Pro Plus (Ferguson) did. I would think a local plumbing supply house should be able to carry it. Yours looks like it might be a little longer than this one.

If your stem has the o rings like in the diagram from bawalter, they probably need changing also.
Or just (hopefully) find all new stems.
