Need some advice. Put in a sump pump in a low spot outside and ran the drain line about 100 feet to the street. First day it rained it worked great and was flowing really hard. It is now draining very slowly and very little flow out at the street. Is it possible to clean out the drain without messing up the lines already in place?

Cape fabricDo you have it protected i have put pumps in the ground in a 5 ga bucket wrapped in commercial landscape fabric i drilled holes in the bucketi secured the pump to the bucket with heavy zip ties.i did the same with the lands

What material did you pipe it in could you cut and reconnect with glue/or 4 band sheilded coupling along with a union or use the 4 band coupling as your union?????

Post pics of your whole setup.

Impossible to advise properly without more info.

By “in the ground”, is it just buried in mud?
Probably not, so draw a picture, post pics, or describe everything better.

Geofd’s idea of a buried bucket is good.
With a lid you can easily pop off.

You could also bury the bucket surrounded by a few bags of pond pebbles, to help water get to the bucket, and the filter fabric would stay cleaner.

What is the drain made of?

Is the drain a flex hose, hard pipe, on surface or buried?

Hopefully you are running it from a gfci protected circuit.
