Old Moen Shower Lever

Hello to All DIY'rs

My first post, I need to replace an old circa 90's moen shower cartridge.
The set screw won't turn at all, I will have to drill out the screw

Does anyone know the style name by looking at my photos ?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

The problem persists after cartidge change. A buzzing noise when handle is pulled out and turned for hot shower. Hot water is weaker than cold ?

any suggestions.
