I turned off my water to replace a corroded toilet valve in my basement. After I replaced it water and turned the water back on, water will not come out of the line. I even removed the valve and there’s no water coming out of the line. When I turn on the water to the shower, was does start to come out of the supply line. What dumb thing did I do?

I think the cartridge in the shower could be bad. No cold water. That is the end of the supply line. Could that be creating air in the line, preventing water from coming out?? Vacuum? I capped the sink supply line as I pulled the sink out. The water flows sink, toilet, shower.
