Lost power last night. Pump was off for several hours. Won’t prime back up. Water just goes down into the well. Bad door valve? Hole in casing ? I don’t know much about wells and need some advice. 2 line jet pump in basement 2 in casing

I know but when I put the water in primer plug hole for the pump it never fills up

I’ve put in 20. Even when I try using neighbors hose ran through the outside spigot it will only pressurize to 10 psi then drop to 0.

That’s my next move. Just going to be a challenge with it being in the basement. Any tips on pulling it out??

Remove the casing adapter from the top of the well. If the inner pipe is stuck and won't come out, pour in some bleach and let it set for a while. Hopefully that will shrink the leathers and make them easier to pull.

alright I’ll give it a try after work. I’ll update after. Thanks for the tip!

The adapter seems to be on there pretty good. Is it threaded on or just sitting on top? I can feel the drop pipe move around as I try to pull up. I did dump bleach in. See if it is any looser in the morning.
