Hello all. I'm a retired former carpenter, builder, cabinet and millwork shops owner. I'm on well and septic and do most of my own plumbing maintenance. I have a water softener, 2 backwash filters, a spin-on cartridge sediment filter and a hydrogen peroxide injection system on my supply coming in from the well and I did the installation of these pieces of equipment. Also have a Cycle Stop Valve on the system and a Cycle Sensor control to prevent damage from a dry well. Also have a RO system under the kitchen sink for drinking water. I expect to be on the "need help" side of things more than the "here's the solution" side.
