New tool from FastCap

Ran across this online. could help "roughing in" our electrical/plumbing, a quick release mandrel that doesn't require attaching adapters to your hole saws.

I have Bosch/Diablo's unit but dealing with the adapters is a pain. Never can find one when I get a new hole saw, they are kind of finicky to put on and the worst is...my hole saw bits no longer fit in the blow molded case they came in. This could be the ticket..

Fastcap makes some pretty cool stuff. Like re-usable stick-on stackable spacers and blind nails. I just got one of their blind nail kits to try out.

My only concern with the product here is that what if it comes loose when you are moving the drill (since turning it unlocks it)?

I am pretty sure the black sleeve he turns is isolated from any torque or force the hole saw bit sees. I assume the pair of pins he lines up with those holes on the saw bit takes that load.
