I removed an old toilet from a country house and it only needed 11 1/8 inches from the old bolts to the wall. Anyone know of a manufacture that makes a model that will fit?20210831_143858.jpg

Change out that old metal flex toilet supply.

Unless you want an insurance claim to pay for a big remodeling job, after a huge flood.

you also need to expose the closet collar, wax ring goes to collar not onto finished floor.Floor does not go around closet bolts either.
You can cut out the flooring with an oscillating multi tool.
To properly expose the entire toilet flange.
If the flange is plastic, you might have a tough time cutting the floor and not gouging up the flange.
Hopefully it is cast iron.
