Okay guy's I am having to replace a drain line from sump pump and have an idea that I want some opinions on.

The drain line runs approx 125' away from the house, it is the black 4" corrigated plastic. I am going to replace it with 2" solid. Instead of retrenching, my thought was to try to feed the smaller pipe through the existing line. It is a straight shot from the house to the end of the line, no curves or bends to deal with. So the question to all of you is how or what is the best way to feed the pipe through the existing line.

Being able to do this would not only save money, but would keep my yard damage to a mimimum.

Thanks for your help!

I have had my share of crazy ideas as well before but this is crazy. Plumbing code requires certain pipe sizes for certain number of fixture units. By decreasing your 4" pipe to 2" pipe you could be in violation of your plumbing code.
