I need to unscrew or remove a pvc tub drain from the rusted up galvanized pipe it screws into, the details,
What im doing is trying to get my upstairs bathroom working , the house is over 100 yo former b&b, some plumbing work was started 20 years ago then untouched,
I am good on the high tank toilet
But there is about a 3 foot pvc pipe screwed into a galvanized pipe under about 3 plus inches of a weird cement type mud with tiles on top, im trying not to bust up any more floor than i have to,
I can only get at the other end of the pvc pipe and havent put too much muscle on turning it as it just flexes, will it likely just break where its screwed in or might it break loose, i cant see or get to the screw end well but it appears to have a sealer applied gluing it and screwing it in,
Thanks
