I have a 50 year old shallow well with a vertical jet pump from Gould’s. The pump is attached to what looks like a 2 inch pipe that goes down in the 4 inch steel casing. Well company installed the pump without a seal. Does someone make a seal that fits around the 2 inch pump pipe so the pump doesn’t have to be removed to install the seal? Leaves and dirt are falling in between the 2 inch pipe and well casing. Any advice is appreciated.

Wow! Not good. All kinds of critters can get in your well. Looks like old stove pipe casing though. Probably not going to find a well seal to fit that. The casing really needs to be extended above the surface, but that probably means a new well. Cut a well plate out of a piece of flat steel. Would be good to make it fit over the casing like a cap and seal between the plate and casing.

Best would be to dig it up, add a new piece of casing over the old, and seal between the two. Then put a proper well seal on the new casing after it is extended 12-18 inches above grade.
