Hello everyone. We had to gut the shower and I’m in a bit of a dilemma. The system has 4 body jets a shower head and a wand. The mixing valve is a kohler, the diverter is a delta and all the other hardware is Kohler. We are wanting to replace it all with a valve and diverter that can handle that type of system, and also that all the trim is of the same brand. We could get a delta system, but we would have to change the mixing valve to delta, or change the diverter to kohler to match brands. Does anyone have any advice on which valves and diverter we need? We are running out of time because they start work Friday. Here are some photos of the current setup. Thank you.

Easiest thing to to would be to replace the faucet with a Delta 1700 series shower only with a high flow r10000 rough valve.

You buy the trim separately than the Delta r10000 rough valve.

Alternatives to the Delta, Hansgrohe and Grohe both have excellent options at higher pricepoints.
Got to say, the Kohler valve you have is a tried and true valve with durable and easily repaired parts. Any valves should be securely mounted with good screws (and not drywall screws, which easily break)
