I'm a new homeowner who recently had a flooded basement due to sewer backup/rain. I decided to get my main sewer line rodded and video inspected and here's the result

Can you please tell me what you think of the current situation of my sewer line especially the one at 2:05
The plumber i called recommended to have that section replaced with a pvc pipe plus a clean out installation. This would cost me $2800. I just want to make sure that this is really necessary before I go ahead with the work. Thanks!
