Need help with three handle shower valve dripping

Hello guys, I have an old three handle shower valve that constantly drips from the cold side. Even after replacing the stem and seat twice it still drips but a bit less than before. Any idea what else it could cause it to drip?

Do the hot side also.

I did the hot side before and the water that's dripping is cold.

The hot water can cool before it gets to the spout and drips.

Take the seats back out and use pipe dope on the threads.

If that doesn’t work, replace the faucet.
