Local plumbing supply is stumped. Can anyone help with ID? Thanks Can't seem to find a trim kit to fit in any brand so looks like im looking at having to replace the faucet

Thats likely the case as this is a 100 year old house with a LOT of retrofit work Just booked a plumber to replace the faucet
