My bathtub is dripping quite a bit and replacing my faucet is way overdue. I know that I need to match the replacement kit with my current brand faucet because of the valve fittings, etc. Can anyone help me identify what brand this shower faucet is so I can replace it? Thank you,

Take the handle off for me and I’ll know for sure.

I think it’s a peerless or a Delta 600 knock off.......or some delta or peerless trim I’ve never seen.

Angled turning ball style we call Delex or Peerless. Hardware stores carry the parts (mostly). The repair kit uses springs and seat washers.
Usually that style uses springs shaped like cylindrical coils (as opposed to tapered shaped springs). Kits often have both type springs.

It takes Delta 600 parts.

If you have any questions, I’ll be happy to answer.
