Does it have an intake filter or condensation drain ?

check those for function if it has it.
 
Is the wind getting to the exhaust causing back pressure. It has been pretty windy in Michigan the last few days. I am not sure about your area
Could the wind be causing that? We installed it Saturday and it was fine no errors what so ever, we got a storm Sunday and Monday
 
I have seen wind cause a back pressure build up issue. I am not sure if this is your case but i know it has happen. I have also seen one where leaves blew into the exhaust and snow drift.
 
If the unit is under warranty, which, based on your description it should certainly be, then Navien tech service should be called by the installer.
Furthermore, labor and materials are covered on new equipment (as long as it was installed per instructions. You can call any NSS (Navien Service Specialist) ,who are required by their contract with Navien, to respond very quickly.
