I have a Moen four hole faucet that was installed in my house in 2006:
The faucet is loose from the granite counter, and I'm trying to determine how to fix it. Underneath, I see a white plastic "nut" where the cold water and hot water inputs feed to the handle. Here is the cold water side, but the hot water side is the same:
I can jiggle the white plastic nut, but cannot turn it, as it is in the granite. In addition, where the sprayer hose connects to the gooseneck faucet, I see a bronze nut, which seems tight, but I'm not even sure how to try to tighten it, given the small circulate hole that the nut is enclosed in:
Does anyone have any ideas how I can stop the faucet from moving around and properly tighten to the granite? Thank you.
