Hi,
I'm doing some advance planning for my new home build that will start this spring in Norther Virginia. It's a well & septic system with 2 -1/2 baths. I plan to have radiant floor heating (electric) under tile in the master bath with a curbless shower with a linear drain. I'm looking for help with the shower waterproofing system (laticrete or schluter) and advice on designing the well system as well as any recommended local experts in my area.

Thanks,
Paul

we use https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gypsum_concrete for infloor heating
pour the house slab but leave the area to have infloor heat 2'' lower than the house elevation.
then lay out the walls...spray paint the wall locations, cabinet locations
install the infloor heat, so that you are not under walls
pour the gypcrete, now the framer can attach the walls to the floor with out puncturing the infloor piping

i use schluter
