I haven't sold Red Jacket in a long time, but I think they are still making the quick set jet. All you need to do is remove the four bolts (not the motor bolts) that hold the two pump halves together, pry them apart, unhook the wires and take the whole thing to the motor shop. They will separate the motor from the seal plate, put in new bearings and reassemble it for you. You will probably get a new shaft seal and you might need an O-ring for the two halves if the old one gets damaged. If it is stretched out, you can cut it and crazy glue it back together.
