I have shower head that drips. I went to change the washer in the tap but as you can see as attached there is no screw under just some kind of hex looking thing that I do not have a tool to fit. Do u need a hex tool or can I just pull the tap right off or something?

Yep, this forum is active, but usually unless someone recognizes a quick remedy, they will not post. Your IP shows you being from Spain, and since this is an American based forum predominantly, maybe our American helpers are stumped and this is why they are not posting a reply?

Looks like it requires some sort of thin wall socket. Since Spain was mentioned it will most likely be metric. If you can determine the size, you could grind down a standard socket to fit. The faucet may have come with a special tool to fit.
