The only way for anyone here is to take pictures of the faucet, the old cartridge, and the new cartridge. We could confirm they are the exact replacements. Where is it leaking from? Did you omit a much needed o ring? Did you use the wrong type of sealant? I am sure you are frustrated but this is no different that going to an automotive forum and saying "my car doesn't work, why?"

Problem solved. I applied teflon tape and that did the trick.
