Leaking tank in water output joint

Hi,
I’m using 500 l PVC tank for water storage. I recently see it slips away 4-5 inch, so I try to replace it in original position. Unfortunately in this movement water output joint began to leak. I can’t get inside in tank. It has small lid. So please help me to fix it.
