It’s a Moen faucet.
It takes a 1200 cartridge.

I’m not sure what trim will fit it, but Moen will, or you can research yourself.

Thanks so much for the reply! Here is a picture of the faucet. Please excuse the dirty tub

Take handle off to confirm where the screws lay out. Old style, probably, both low. That last picture shows a ‘tub spout’

Moen T470 or TL470. *473 comes with showerhead and tub spout.

I took out the cartridge and it looks like this compared to the 1200? Any idea what type this is?

You pulled the inside out…..the “ shell “ is still in the faucet.

So to be clear, you still have part of the old cartridge still in the valve.

It’s going to be difficult to remove IF you can get it out.

Special tools are made to remove them.

Thank you for the reply. I was able to get it out by creating 1/2” threads inside and then using a bolt and washer to pull it out. Half of it broke and the deepest part was still stuck so I had to get longer threaded bolt at least 4 or 5” of threads which I should have just started with
