Kohler Cimmaron

We built our home in 2006 installing 3 Kohler Cimmaron toilets. The two most used both at about the same time started having issues with the tank filling after flushing. To fix you have to open the back and poke it to get it to fill. Is this a common problem and what do we do to fix it?

It sounds as though the fill valve is sticking. Replacing it is usually an relatively simple task. I am not sure what fill valve that year Cimmaron used, a picture of the inside of the tank would be helpful.
