I had a new sink installed and I was re-installing my faucet. I got everything hooked back up, turned the water and nothing. I made sure that I water pressure coming from the lines, but we I re-attached the lines from the faucet nothing would come out. Do I need to check the lines in the faucet to make sure that something hasen't gotten clogged?

Every time you open and shut off the valves in order to change or reinstall the faucets, you are breaking sediment away from the valves, and will normally get stuck in the aerators... if you are lucky. Try removing the aerator, flush it out, then replace it. In the future, before connecting the supply lines after shutting off the valves, get a bucket and flush the sediment into it before hooking the supply lines back up.
