Howdy, I was looking for any input to a frustrating problem I've got.

Long story short, wife is doing dishes and water is draining slowly. Then all the pipes under the sink start leaking and in the basement a seam at a 90º elbow in the 2" ABS bursts. I replaced all the pipes under the sink, cut out the section of ABS and replaced it, and ran a 25ft snake down the clean out plug. No blockage in the pea trap and nothing for at least the first 25 feet.

Has anyone had this problem, or have any ideas about what to try next?

Cheers.

Chances are if it's a kitchen sink, the drainage is so full if grease you may need it power jetted. A cable snake will go thru it, but it will not clean the side walls well enough

No mystery. As Matt30 explained you have a typical kitchen drain clogged pipe.
