Just bought some property with a pumphouse

do they make a well cap that i can terminate the new poly piping too and run the wires though or do I need to get a shoe fitting? My pipe is going through a concrete slab so I can not dig up and put the shoe fitting way down below like you see in the youtube videos. wondered how i keep the pipes stable from falling back down hole
