I have a 10 year old jado faucet. Dual Handle unit.

Both the hot and cold are leaking at the same spot. I took off the handle and noticed only a plastic washer and the water coming up when i turn on the water.

Both leak when i turn on either hot or cold.

Any ideas appreciated.

Yes you can just be sure to turn the water off before removing the stems.

Couple follow ups.
I can't seem to get to anything from the top. Handle off, and all i have is top of the valve. Do i need to remove from the bottom to pull the whole unit out?

Where can i get the ORings? Are the specific to the faucet, or is there any standard rings out there?

Try turning the outer housing counter clockwise to remove that. If those will come off, the rest of the dis assembly should be pretty obvious.
