I have read many problems with flushing water heaters and still having sediment and saw this item. It gets good reviews but I can't find out much about potential or actual damage to the interior glass or dip tube from the cable batting around. I'm wondering anyone has good info about it? I need to replace my Honeywell electronic valve so will have that port available as well as the full port ball valve I installed when new. I'm putting in a powered anode and will have that open as well. But maybe that's another post...Thanks for any info.
