Is this Replaceable ?

my mother in law are home and ran into an issue where this thing stopped working. Unable to turn on the water. I am including pictures .. is this unit something i can get a replacement to or does it need a whole new fitting...

Pics are a little blurry, but that appears to be a Delta valve. Cartridges are readily available. If you can wait, Delta will send you a new cartridge for free if you call their 1 800 number. If you can't wait, Home Depot or Lowe's should stock the more common Delta parts.
