Gentlemen - I am in Toronto and Zucchetti is a rare make. I have a 15 year old shower system the "SPIN" model - the handle on the volume control cartridge for the 4 sprayers is getting harder and harder to turn off - the distributor tells me I need a new cartridge model # R99750 which they have in stock. That is fine but I am having trouble finding a plumber who is experienced with Zucchetti - should removing and replacing this cartridge be any problem for an experienced domestic plumber? Being a complete klutz I am not going to even attempt to fix it myself. From a utube I watched they may need a 41 mm hex socket to unthread it and I don't know if that is a standard plumbing tool.
