I plan on installing a new 3/8 in. FIP Inlet x 3/8 in. Compression Outlet 1/4-Turn Angle Valve for my toilet and I want to know what's the best way to do so. Attached are pics of my current setup (b1-b3). Can I just disconnect the supply line (that connects to the bottom of the toilet) and install a 1/4 turn angle valve to that? Or should I remove the part where the supply line is connected along with the nipple and buy a new nipple and install the 1/4-Turn Angle Valve to that? Or maybe remove everything from the elbow down and install the 1/4 turn angle valve directly to the pipe?

Also are these the right parts I need?

I also want to replace my current multi-turn valve underneath the bathroom sink with a 1/4 turn valve. The current multi-turn valve leaks when it is turned all the way off and doesn't even turn the hot water off so it only works in the on position. Is my current setup using a compression multi-turn valve? Can I just a compression sleeve puller and a plumbers wrench to remove this? Attached are pics of my current setup (s1-s6). Please let me know if these are the correct parts for replacing the multi-turn valve with a 1/4-turn valve to be used underneath my bathroom sink.

For the toilet stop you're going to want a new brass nipple. The existing looks like it might be black iron pipe not galvanized. The kitchen stop is threaded on.
