I have an old (1930's?) toilet that has a horizontal flush water inlet from the rear. Somewhere in the past, someone must have retrofitted it with a flushometer manual flush. (See Photo.)

Does anyone know where I can purchase replacement pipes (from the perforated pipe at the bottom of the flush to the elbow that connects to the toilet. Or at least the washer set for these pipes.

Thanks!!

You just need the vacuum breaker unless the tailpiece is in bad shape
