whats the trim look like....have you brought that stem to the supply house usually they are pretty good
Post the total length. But, I flipped through every page of my 1989 Crest/Good faucet stem I.D. guide and didn't spot it.
Strip the valve w/o extra packing and is that a loose brass washer?
I know, since it appears rare, you won't find a replacement.
