How to vent first floor toilet?

Hello I'm doing a renovation of my first floor bathroom and I'm relocating the toilet. The new location is about 10' from the existing. If I tie into the existing line / vent will that be ok? Sorry no diagram.

depending on how your toilet was plumbed, you can be 12' from your vent with your 3'' trap arm

If I run the drain in a straight line to the waste / vent location it's 10'

If I tie in to the existing waste line straight across and then turn 90 degrees it's about 15'
