3 things you gotta know to make a gumbo
1st is the Holly Trinity, sounds scary but it is really simple
The trinity does not have anything to do with the recipe this is done along with the recipe and added to the roux

Toss the trinity into the a big dutch oven, and add the roux



Now You are on your way to a good gumbo.
This goes into the pot next


If you do not like seafood, then minus out the seafood and the fish stock
add in some smoked sausage [ Andouille Sausage ] and chicken
use pork stock
an do not forget the hot sauce
