I noticed today a a minor leak in the big black drain pipe ( see images ) . This is a quite big large pipe and looks like either sewer or drain line.

Any idea what material shall I use to fix it ? Since there is water, I need something which can stick on watery surface.

Thanks in advance. Any help is appreciated .

Is that the side of the foundation wall? Either way jackhammer the wall out and dig on the other side and repair it fully through the wall and some on the outside of the wall. Will need to reseal both sides of the wall with hydraulic cement and spray some tar on the outside of the wall to prevent any rain/ground water leaking through. If in the slab of the basement jackhammer the floor up and repair what is necessary.
