Hi there, the following attached pictures:
1) the valve I removed from my 20-year-old radiant heat manifold
2) the same valve after soaking in the cooking white vinegar for 20 minutes & scrubbing with metal wool, I was able to remove the corrosion on the threads but not on the bottom part
3) the online stock photo of a new valve
I'd like to remove the black layer baked on the valve, making it as shiny as the new one. Is that possible? What solution to use?
Would removing the black layer change the dimension of the valve, i.e., making it tiny little bit smaller in size?
Thanks a lot!
